The issues raised by the NSW Government’s announcement that Hunter Water can start the planning process to dam the Williams River can seem overwhelming. Economic, social, environmental, safety as well as sustainability concerns are things that we hear about all the time in regards to large developments. What do they really mean? What can we do?
